For standard orders within the UAE, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Personalized or custom-made pieces may take an additional 2-3 days for production before being dispatched.

Yes, we ship our artwork worldwide! We regularly ship to the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain), as well as the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Absolutely. Personalization is at the heart of SFR Creative. You can customize many of our products directly on the product page. For completely bespoke designs or specific Arabic calligraphy requests, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

We offer a 7-day return policy for standard, non-customized items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. In the rare case of damage during transit, we provide a full replacement.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly on our website through the "Track Order" page using your Order ID and email address.

To maintain the mirror or brushed finish, simply wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or stainless steel cleaners on electroplated gold surfaces to preserve the plating.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure PayTabs gateway. For orders within the UAE, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Our production studio is located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai. While we are primarily an online studio, we welcome clients who wish to see material samples or pick up their orders by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
